Purposes & lawful bases

We process your personal data (e.g., name, email, phone, message) to respond to your inquiry and provide product updates you request. Lawful bases: performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent for marketing communications (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

Categories, recipients, transfers

We collect identification and contact details and the information you submit in your message. Data is processed by Amperage Power personnel and trusted service providers acting on our instructions (e.g., hosting, email). Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.

Retention

We retain inquiry data as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our relationship, and marketing data until you opt out or withdraw consent, after which we securely delete or anonymize it unless we must keep it to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

Subject to conditions under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
